20+ years of product and service design expertise

As a user experience design leader, Brian accelerates the path to product launch and customer experience transformation. For Fortune 100 clients, early-stage startups, and consulting teams, he designs experiences that help people discover the joy of connection, tap into their creativity, develop knowledge, accelerate productivity, and improve their health. Brian is a full-spectrum customer experience and product designer with expertise in customer research and journey analysis, product and service design, and communication development.

For the last several years, Brian has brought his design expertise to a top-tier, global consulting company and its partners. He has led customer research, facilitated design sprints, and designed products and solutions for a national health services provider, a leading online/hybrid university, a major retailer, a top logistics company, and a global technology organization. Additionally, he has designed products that make analytics data easy to access and understand, and that use AI and ChatGPT to improve access to massive volumes of proprietary insights.

Brian has founded and developed several experience design teams for top New York agencies such as LBi and MRY (Publicis), Tribal DDB and Hyphen Health (Omnicom), Company C (Forsman & Bodenfors nee Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners), and early digital innovator, Dennis Interactive.

His experience includes leading major e-commerce and digital marketing transformation engagements for Johnson & Johnson, Moleskine, Neutrogena, Earthlink, AOL, Berlitz, Eli Lilly, Abbott, Alcoa, and other top brands. For Coca-Cola, Brian directed the experience design for Placelists, a global music app platform created in partnership with Spotify. For a top US health insurance and health services company, he mentored a customer experience design team and led product/experience design on key digital transformation initiatives. In the start-up space, as both product designer and product manager, Brian launched an AI-driven breast cancer early detection product into radiology centers.

For more than 20 years, Brian has been committed to using the power of design to drive businesses toward a more empathetic, sustainable, and connected future.

Brian is based in New York City but can be found frequently in the San Francisco Bay Area.
